How long does shipping take?

Shipping to the USA, Australia and UK typically is between 6-12 business days and is delivered via your local postal service. 

Other areas will differ, but you can see the full details on our shipping on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long until an order is sent?

As we manufacturer, pack and dispatch on a per-order basis, we usually dispatch all of our orders within 2-4 business days if we need to manufacturer something in your order, at which time shipping times begin.

Public holidays and Sundays can add a day to this time during peak times.

Where do you ship from?

 

While we are based in Australia and the USA, we manufacturer in China (like so many brands you know do). What we do differently is ship directly from our own factory to your doorstep.

This means free shipping for you, complete freedom of design, and the widest range of unique designs you will find anywhere.

Do you give tracking details?

Yes. Your will be sent tracking information via the email address (and SMS if you provide a phone number) you provided on your order as soon as your items are sent.

Are you just another of these hobby stores run by amateurs?

No! This is all we do, and we support a team (and their families) with the sales from our stores.

But I understand the question for sure, because there are some pretenders out there.

Do you have a retail location?

Not yet! We are working on it, and do pop-up stalls on occasion which we will always email you about, but primarily we are an online-only store.

Can you do gift wrapping?

Not at the moment, but on some products this will be available soon.

You only have a design in short sleeve, can I get it in long sleeve?

Yes! Anything you see in store is designed by us, so if you need it in a different length, just contact us and we can make that available for purchase for you.
